Our testing for iPhone is not receiving any emails. The test
environment has a proxy server that is exposed to the
public. The clients/devices are communication to the proxy
server. The iPhone device is not receiving any emails but
for the other devices (WM and Symbian) are working fine. We
tried to setup another environment on another office without
a proxy server, the iPhone is working. Did I miss something
out on the environment with a proxy server?

when you have users with other device receiving data via the DMZ proxy,
the proxy and its setup can not be a problem. This also rules out a
general setup problem of the MobileOffice server.
So it could be some thing user or device specific.
Can you please verify the MobileOffice settings on the iPhone? Just to
make sure we don't run up against a typo.
Also make sure the activation code for this user has not expired or that
it was used for an other device.
And it could be a rights issue with only this explicit user on the
iPhone. Can you please register this user once again and test if it
works with a different device (WM, Symbian)?
