Hi,

If I get the error message:

Authorizaton failed for page
http://HH-SERVIT-MOB/RACtest/application/JobDetail.aspx

Please enter user name and password:

What could have been setup wrong on the M-Biz Server, IIS or the M-Biz
client or anywhere else such that the above message appears?

Cheers,

Shao

Hi Shao,

This message indicates that you are attempting to access a secure site
(one that requires some kind of HTTP authorization).

For more information, see:
http://infocenter.sybase.com/help/topic/com.sybase.help.mba/mba_userguideen70/ug-allchannels-access-secure.html

(This means that the HTTP server returning this page returned an
"authorization required" status - if this isn't actually a secure page,
you will need to check your web server settings).

Cheers,

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for that.

Just found out that we can't browse it on the server via the M-Biz admin
console.

Then found we couldn't browse it through IIS.

Then found out that the security profile under properties of the file was
different to the other files.

Got the issue resolved.

Thanks.

Shao
