Hi Greg,

please keep in mind that not a lot of people are happy to work on the
weekend. At least I did not work this weekend, did you? ;-)

If you have a pressing business need, you can connect our sales team.
They in turn can check if they can assign you a pre-sales resource. He
will help you during the trial period.

If you have a support contract, our support team is available during
regular business hours, and with the right support contract even 24/7
for P1 cases.

Cheers,
Dirk

Hi Greg,

when the device is unable to connect to the server, it probably is the
backend MobileOffice server the device can not get in touch with.
=> Check the MobileOffice log if you have a connection to the DMZ proxy
(if you use one)

In the next step please post you setup and
- the connection settings on the client
- DMZ proxy settings
- Server settings for the service and the proxy you configured.

Cheers,
Dirk
