I've installed a mobileoffice client on e72. The problem is
that the memory card was locked and "AfariaInstaller" is
appearing in the upper left hand of the screen. I did not
enable the security feature of MobileOffice and did not
install Afaria client on the device. The user did not enable
the device's security feature (in locking the memory card).
What could have caused this?
Before the problem occurred, the user made a soft reset.

it sounds like the SecurityManager was enabled on the Admin but the
device not soft reseted. Later the SecMan got disabled again in the
Admin but the SecMan installation on the device is already unter way.
Due to the manual soft reset of the user to a later date, no connection
to the originating iMO configuration is done.
Rest assured the SecuritManager is only installed on the device when
configured in the Admin or the install is done manually. In both cases
the install files are transferred to the device and then executed. An
"unwanted surprise install" is not possible to my knowledge.
