On the main PBL Peeper window, it presents you with a list of
PowerBuilder workspaces that it has identified on your computer. The
right section of that screen shows the set of code that it is currently
working with. You can drag-n-drop between the two to change the "current
application".

As an FYI, your best resource for assistance with PBL Peeper is with the
author. He has a complete manual available at
http://www.techno-kitten.com/PBL_Peeper/pbl_peeper.html and there is a
feedback page for questions at
http://www.techno-kitten.com/Feedback/feedback.html.
