Hey Guys,

I would appreciate if someone help me to solve this issue, I am trying to
insert the data into temp table from stored procedure. For instance

Insert into TempTable
EXEC dbo.MyProcedure(CustomerID)

In SQL Server 2005 it worked fine but in Sybase ASE 15 it gave me error near
EXEC...

Can you advice is it posssible or workaround?

Thanks

ASE doesn't have similar syntax.

You can do it using a proxy table defined on an rpc
call, by having a loopback entry in sysservers that
allows you to call local procedures as if they were
on another server.

Check the manuals for proxy tables as a starting point.
