we migrated our database - bcp in out of data on 15.03
64bit.
Now the timestamp values are mismatched. Is there a way to
reset the global dbts value - We are trying to increment it
using a script, but that could too long.

You cannot really reset the database timestamp.
What do you mean with 'mismatched' and how is that a problem?
