Hi,

We are on the trial version and I was on a Nokia E71. Worked
fine as for sync both ways. After a blast of incoming mail
(70 mail within an hour) the phone no longer sync that items
(calendar and mail - probably also contacts) are deleted or
read in Outlook 2007 (or Outlook Web Access). Outlook sync
if items are deleted or read on phone. New items sync
perfectly. I changed phone to Nokia E55, still same problem.
Hence my conclusion is that the problem is not on the phone.
Both client and server software has been updated to the
latest versions since this started.

Anyone have a clue what this is?

Hi Morten,

first try to reregister your user in the iMO admin. Then check if it
works or not.

Then check in the trace viewer tab if you find errors in the MOEagent
and MOElistener (I think they are called like that, just can verify
right now).

As there has been some kind off event (the email blast) on the server,
you may also look for the trigger of this event. Maybe a unclean
shutdown of the server, an Exchange server update and the like.

Cheers,
Dirk
