Getting this error on one of our ASE 15.0.3 servers:
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Msg 11060, Level 16, State 1:
Server '', Procedure 'proc', Line 105:
This statement has exceeded the maximum number of
recompilations (10). This
indicates an internal error. Please note the error prior to
this one and contact
Sybase Technical Support.
(return status = -6)
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Says on solved cases (sybase.com):
WORKAROUND -- Manually update sysobjects.objspare for system
tables (sysmessages) in the user database so the column has
the same value as shown by
sybsystemprocs.sysobjects.objspare.

But all cases relate to ASE version 12.5.x

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Is the procedure referencing a view that contains an isnull()?
Perhaps CR 621138, fixed in 15.0.3 ESD #4 / 15.5 ESD #1

What is the statement at line 105?
If you aren't sure, run this:
sp_helptext proc, null, null, "showsql, linenumbers"
