Hi,

I'm working on a client workstation on Windows 7 and IE 8
and trying to launch de Appeon xmi_demo application from the
web browser. The Appeon Server v6.2 for EAServer 6.2.0 is
installed on a Windows 2003 Server machine.

I have the error message "Appeon Xcelerator plug-in cannot
be loaded".

I checked my Internet Explorer Security Settings and the
user is in the administrator group. I also uninstalled my
antivirus program.

I still have this issue.

Can someone help me please. I read the previous message with
the same topic but it didn't help.

Maybe a remote assistance will be helpful.

Thanks.

Hi Laurent,
Please try this solution:
1. Check your login user to see whether have the
Administrator rights.
2. Add the Web applications into the Trust sites list. (Very
Important)
3. Click the Tools button in Internet Explorer 7, click
Manage Add-ons, and
make sure the EonDownloadCenter and EonUISpace class is
Enabled.

Regards,
Steven
