Hello, Dirk,

we (mobile operator) have installed iAnywhere service to the
servers and on the iphones. The main and urgent issue is the
following: app does not show any email recieved from outside
(gmail, etc).

What settings should be in iAnywhere admin console?
Currently it shows inbox read formula with some strange
values? What formula should be used?

Our Lotus domino is 6.5v. Iphone OS4.

Looking forward

Hi Tomas

our iMO client does not interfere with the other mail accounts as far as
I know. Other people in our team are doing this successfully.
Please check the regular iPhone support resources on the net.

So this could be
- Miss-configuration
- Provider issue that he blocks some ports
- Maybe some iPhone security policy (if you applied policies with
iAnywhere Afaria or some other device management tools)

Make sure you users are aware that they will be in for trouble if they
synchronize contacts from more than one source. So I recommend to only
use iMO or some thing else but not both.
For emails this is no problem due to the separate data store in our
sandboxed client.

Cheers,
Dirk
