I'd like to put a copy of dbisql.exe on another machine. I
brought over ./Bin32, ./Java and ./Sun. When launched, it
quietly exits. What am I missing? Alternately, is there an
unbundled version of dbisql.exe available for download?

Which version of SQL Anywhere are you using? I believe v11 and up should
work just fine if you copy the files. Older versions require values to
be set in the registry.
