Screen Lock/Freeze at Start Up

For some reason, on start up of the iAnywhere application -
the first screen freezes until the screen dims - then when I
touch the screen iAnywhere un-freezes? Any idea how to fix?
I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it is still a
problem.

Hi Joe,

please try first to have your user re-registered in the Admin. If this
does not help, try to reinstall the iMO client. When this also fails,
please provide more detail about your device and server side installation.
