Would the EBF installation (EAServer) to upgrade 6.2.0079 to
6.2.0097 require the users to install a plugin again or
would they get another "Appeon plugin cannot be loaded"
window with the Cause/Solution in the page?

Hi Mmalubay,

Yes, once you upgraded the Appeon version, you need redeploy
your application with full application deployment mode. And
the Appeon plugin will be downloaded Automatically.
If the Appeon plugin cannot be loaded, please try to check
those steps below to solve this issue.
1. Add the Web applications into the Trust sites list.
2. Click the Tools button in Internet Explorer, click Manage
Add-ons, and make sure the EonDownloadCenter and EonUISpace
class is Enabled.
3. Check your URLs for Web applications.
http://Hostname:Port/appeondemo/index.html
Note Appeon Web application should starts from neither the
URLs mentioned above.

Regards,
Steven

Thanks for the confirmation Steven. Does this EBF update
the initial plugin installation window/request?

Unfortunately, my users had a tough time installing the
plugin when I upgraded from 3.1 to 6.2.0079. They got
confused with the "Failed to load plugin window" with all
the cause/solution details when all they had to do was click
on message on top requesting permission to install/run
add-on.
