Contact twice after deleting installed App and reinstalled again

Hi,
we get all contacts twice after deleting the MO-App and
installed it again because the need to change the
AppStore-User. After that all contacts are twice.
After deleting the wrong items with ODIR-program, MO
starting to delete all contacts, now are no contacts on
Outlook ...
App-Version: 5.7.2010.0824
Server-version: 5.7.2010.0216

Now is the App from AppStore removed ...
Any idea?

Hi Franc,

this sounds a lot like some other SyncSoftware was at work. If you use
MobileOffice, please do not use any other sync software as that will
mess up your contacts. I would expect that this caused the initial
douplication.

Once you start deleting items, those items will naturally be deleted in
the office back end, as Mobile Office synchronized those "changes"

iMO does an initial sync on all PIM data upon installation. Up to now
the contacts is the only shared PIM data store so all contacts on the
device will be removed and replaced by the users contacts data from the
groupware system.

Hi Dirk,
we suppose, that the mount of contacts have made the problem
and maybe if we wait the sync will we do.
We know that sybase have a big problem with the latest
iphone-App, so we will wait for the next update.
