No, it doesn't. Afaria 6.6 does introduce some features related to roaming
controls for Windows Mobile and Symbian devices. Using Configuration
Manager, you can set some configuration settings on a device when the device
goes into a roaming state, as detected by the device. Those settings are
reverted when the the device returns to its home area. Using monitor-action
pairs, you can detect when a device either enters or exits roaming, and then
associate an action with that event. The device's ability to detect its
roaming state uses GPS capabilities, but this may not be your area of
interest.
