We had 1 user upgrade his phone to a iphone4.

After removing and registering a new account for the user,
we could not connect.

Looking at the error log, it shows a license error. Error
log states "License Unavailable for feature
syncmlconnections"

I removed the user/device again.

Looking at the admin, there are 4 total devices.
Hitting the license button, Device connections shows 0
available, Total 5.

Is there a way to get the server to release the license of
the device that no longer exists so that I can connect his
new phone?

I guess the solution is to wait 7 days.
server clears itself of a removed device license somewhere
in that time frame.
