Hi all,

When we want an application sync to perform within our application, we do
this:
avantgo.connect();
//put the PDA online
window.location.href="pods://avantgo/sync";
//begin a sync of the MBiz channel

avantgo.disconnect();

How can I force the flag 'Refresh all content at next sync' to be
automatically ticked before performing a sync?

Thanks,

Shao

Hi Shao,

I think the only option you have programmatic control over is the
PODSPrefs 'RefreshExpiredPages' property:

avantgo.preferences.setBoolValueForKey('RefreshExpiredPages', true);

See:
http://www.ianywhere.com/developer/product_manuals/mbusiness_anywhere/70/en/html/mba_apirefen70/apiref-api-misc-podsprefs-keyvalues.html

Regards,

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for that. Does that have the same effect though?

Cheers,

Shao

Hi Shao,

In my experiments, no this is not the same flag. I don't believe this
particular flag is changeable via the JavaScript properties.

Cheers,
