Hi Shao,

We only document the network errors for MobiLink synchronization
requests:
http://dcx.sybase.com/index.html?r=1#1200en/saerrors/mrerror.html, not
the M-Business network errors.

There was another customer report of this problem previously, although
the resolution seems to describe an issue with ActiveSync at the network
level. How is this device connecting to the network?

Regards,

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the response.

We knew the customer had done something with their firewall that was causing
the problem, but it wasn't a case of no communication whatsoever so it would
have been nice to see if we could get more information on the error message.

The customer resolved the problem shortly afterwards.

I was just wondering if the error no specifically was able to provide more
information on which part of the network was at fault.

Thanks for responding.

Cheers,

Shao
