Hello All,

I am facing a problem regarding Set Chained Off, i have
created the webservice and my webservice is calling a stored
procedure sr_m1 which is in UnChained Mode and this sr_m1 is
calling another Stored Procedure inside it(sr_m2). I have
set ?SERVER_INITIATED_TRANSACTIONS=false in my connection
cache but for sr_m1 its not showing any error but for sr_m2
its showing the following error "CORBA Unknown run only in
unchained transaction mode. The'SET CHAINED OFF' command
will cause the current session to use unchained transaction
mode. please help me through this mas iam at critical phase
of my project.

Thanks in advance,
Yaqub.

Hi

What mode is sr_m2 supposed to run under?

From something liek ISQL when you do:

set chained off

exec sr_m1

What happens?

Thank you,

-Paul
