Hello,

Looking for some answers. We have RemoteWare 4.3 running on
a SQL 2005 database, clustered on windows 2003 servers
(sp2). Whenever the application loses connection to the
database, ECF procesisng stops completely.

Is there an easier way to restart ECF processing rather than
bringing the RemoteWare server services to a halt on all
servers and rebuilding the scheduler?

thank you

Matt,
What version of RemoteWare are you on? Do you know what Service Packs
and Hot Fixes you have installed?

Thanks,
Chris
