Please advise how to check if a replicated stored proc
replication is setup correctly and replicating?

Check if the stored proc is marked for replication using sp_setrepproc. Go
through the stored procedure to understand what kind of
insert/update/deletes are written inside
execute proc in primary and check if data is modified in primary as well as
replicate to confirm that stored proc is replicating
btw, it is better to post replication related questions to user group
sybase.public.rep-server
