The sp_displaylogin shows all the information for a user
(one at a time). How do I generate a list of all users and
their Password expiration interval? I need to capture all
users whose passwords do not expire.

I'd suggest pulling the source code for sp_displaylogin, find the chunk of SQL that derives the password expiration
data, then roll that piece of code into your own query.
