Hi Gurus,

Our enterprise application developed with PB12.1 Classic and
deployed to Appeon6.5.0202. The app. runs very well until,
We create and deploy a crosstab datawindow...

When sort with PB script it display incorrect value in the
crosstab. Already groupcalc() but still incorrect. The steps
are:

1. Retrieve() without sorting (ok).
2. Sort using PB script. (setsort(), sort(), groupcalc())
(dislay Ok)
3. Retrieve() the crosstab with the new sort definition (not
ok)

I think this is an error in Appeon or Unsupported?. We've
wait for quite sometime, but still no release of
patches/EBF. (maybe no one report this.)

Talking about relase...did anybody knew about Appeon7 latest
news?
Any help and suggestion i thank you in advance.

Regards.
Harimada

Hi Harimada;

Can you run the application natively (aka Win32 mode) and does the CT
DWO work correctly when sorted?

Hi Chris,

Sorry for the late reply, but the CT WDO does work correctly
in Window environment (i'm using win7 x86). So does when it
is sorted. It also will rearrange incorrect column order for
computed field (getrow()-to display rownum) in CT after
deployed in Appeon.

Thanks in Advance Gurus.

Regards,
Harimada.

That sounds like a Sybase (PB) problem then or something unique to the
design of your DWO maybe. I would like to suggest that you open the DW
Painter and in the "Data" pane add some test data to the CT DW and save it.
Now you have a good test case. Then, export the DW source and post it here
to the news group. Maybe then we can see what might be the real issue.

Feel free to post a small test application with this problem CT DW included
as well.

Hi Harimada;

We didn't reproduce this issue, could you provide a test
case to us?
