Hi professionnals,

I am trying to install Afaria Administration on a Windows
server 2008 64 bits R2. The installation stops because I
need to install Crystals report 2008 Runtime in both 32 and
64 bits.

I downloaded both versions on SAP marketplace but only the
32 bits version is allowed to be installed.. When trying to
install 64 bits, the installer refuses saying that my
machine version is wrong...

Can anyone help me with that issue please

Thank you

Marc-Etienne

Hi,

Why are you downloading Third Party needful versions from
Third Party Websites. All pre- requisites are included in
redistributables folders. Run all the pre requisites from
there & then try to install Afaria Components. This all if
you are running MS windows server 2008 R2 enterprise.

KR,
Mahendra

Mahendra,

You sound a little rude in this reply. I would like to point
out that your Sybase install documentation and installer
error messages DO NOT EVER mention that there is a
redistributables folder.
