Hi,

Is there such thing as idle session timeout in sybase? Or
configuration that limits the period for a user session?
Thanks

For CIS connections (for proxy tables, to other servers), there is a
config parameter 'cis idle connection timeout'.
For regular user connections, no such parameter exist. A good
alternative is the sp__idleReaper procedure; see
http://www.sypron.nl/sp__idleReaper.sql.
