Hi,
i am not sure if parameter of user defined stored procedure
is stored in system tables ?
I need to know the parameters used by a procedure.
We can get all the sp list from sysobjects. Can we get the
parameter of any procedure from any system table?

Yes:

select name from syscolumns
where id = object_id('your_proc_name')
order by colid
