The SAP page that has the announcement seems to indicate that the roadmap
being discussed is for the Real Time Data Platform. They also seem the
have the same dates, but different products on those dates than your list:

Hi Bruce;

FWIW: I got this information from Jason Lovinger Sr VP at SAP. I
registered for all three events and each registration reflected the
correct product as per the link.

If you follow the registration links from the SAP you posted - you
will see that SAP has it wrong (oh, oh)!

Oh, I see now, his post in LinkedIn. He even mentioned the confusion over
the class dates in a follow up post.

Shoot! I missed this. I'm with Benjamin, can someone who watched it

Hi Ben;

IMHO ... if this is what SAP intends on presenting at TechEd (aka
PBDC) - I would guess the PB Developer community's reaction to be
negative and very disappointed. I certainly was! If I hear one more time
about PB being able to access HANA - I'm going to scream. Most PB shops
I know focus on MS-SS & Oracle (HELLO)!

I hope SAP gets their act together *soon* on PB and puts some "meat"
into the PB road map that makes sense! Listed on one slide for example
was putting the PBVM on iOS - I almost s**t my pants at that one
(because I was laughing so hard). To me, this points out how
out-of-touch engineering is with current technology.

Oh well ... the good new is "its Friday"! :-)

One of the first slides of the presentation was a legal disclaimer, the
first sentance of which indicated that the material beign presented was
"confidential and proprietary to SAP" and that it "may not be disclosed
without the permission of SAP".

It's probably just a boilerplate legal disclaimer, and probably just
requires a pro forma request for that permission, which I have requested.
Until then though, given that I don't want to mark my first week as a SAP
Mentor by blowing off a confidentiality restriction, I'll have to wait
until I hear back before going into any detail.

I can tell you I was pleasantly suprised by the information presented.

ether unless you are an SAP "partner".

It's been a few months since this thread started. Has anyone heard about a
possible release date for PB 15? I wouldn't expect an exact date, but it
would be helpful get some kind of estimate (like Q2 2013 or 2nd half of
2103). We're planning to move from 11.5.1 to 12.5 in the near future, but
we would consider skipping to PB 15 if the timeline works out. I've been
searching the web but I can't find a thing. Thanks!
