The preupgrade checks should identify any databases that need
to be made larger prior to the upgrade. User databases
typically don't need to be enlarged. Databases generally
won't be enlarged during upgrade except possibly for very
rare circumstances where you are using the auto-extend
feature and are very tight on space.
