Have Sybase announced that yet?

"End of Life" is a term that Sybase only applies to the major
version family, not to minor version releases and rollup levels.

The published policy is at
http://www.sybase.com/products/databasemanagement/productlifecycle

We haven't released the next major version, so 15.x will not
be EOLed for at least 3 more years.
