Do any of the Powerbuilder releases support Microsoft SQL
Server 2012? Are any of the PB drivers compatible?

Much of the answer depends on your definition of "compatible". Currently,
nothing supports the latest version of SNC, but that does not prevent you
from using either of the older versions. And as long as you limit
yourself to features supported in the older versions, you shouldn't have
any problems. PB 12 and 12.5 officially support 2008 and can use either
sqlncli (2005) or sqlncli10 (2008) as providers. Currently I'm running
both 12 and 12.5.1 (using sqlncli10) against sql server 2008 and 2012
without issues. Older versions should work just as well as long as you
stay within the supported feature set. Offhand I cannot think of any
pressing need to upgrade to the 2012 native client. I'm also in the
process of migrating to ADO.NET in 12.5.1 (for 64 bit support) and that
seems to have no problems either - but that process has just begun.
