Hello,
What kind of support is there in Manage Anywhere Studio for PDA's?
Is it possible to live support an iPac (CE) (that is, to completely take
over the device, like VNC does for desktop PCs), or will it be possible in
future versions?
Is is possible to switch off the device remotely using the tool?
Thanks,Ofer

What kind of support is there in Manage Anywhere Studio for PDA's?

A: Basically it's like a feature of what VNC does for PCs ported to Windows
CE devices

Is it possible to live support an iPac (CE) (that is, to completely take
over the device, like VNC does for desktop PCs), or will it be possible in
future versions?

A: Yes. It is already here. Version 4.6 is already released.

Is is possible to switch off the device remotely using the tool?

A: CE packages have the capability of including Execute commands that run
VB scripts. If you can turn off your device by executing such a script you
write, conceptually you can do it via Manage Anywhere.
