We are planning to migrate from Sybase 18.104.22.168 (HP Unix - 11) to Sybase
12.5. Our application is clarify 6.1. which is also getting migrated to the
latest Clarify versions. What are all some of the common questions that I
should raise to the vendor (Clarify) to make migration process easier and
trouble free ?

We have a newsgroup sybase.public.ase.peoplesoft.
Though it says peoplesoft you can post their to
get some response from Sybase customers.
I've been very personally involved with some of our
ISVs and one of the major question that customers have
to the vendors is do they support the latest/greatest version
on the latest/greatest version of ASE. Same holds good
for supporting products like Business Objects (they have
full support for ASE 12.5), Crystal Reports (I've been
following up with on this), Trakview from Artemis etc.
