How can I delete/modify a column of a table which is created by dbo before??

which version of the server are you on? 12.0 allows you to do 'alter table drop
column'. It works on pre-12.0, but is not supported by Sybase, so don't do it.
They won't help you. Did I mention it's not supported by Sybase on pre-12.0?
If you modify the table, what datatypes are you looking to change? Your best
bet it to extract the DDL, make your changes, create the table as a new name,
move the data to the new table, drop the old table, rename the new one.

I am using 11.5 now. Is there any function to drop the unused column??
