Hi, i'm very new with sybase, and i've got an error message "INTERNAL ERROR

: column spare1 in table syskeys don't allow null value" during the upgrade

at the stage of upgrading the strored procedures. The only response to this

message is OK and the message reappear always. It's not possible to change
this parameter because is a system table. My only solution is to end the
process. At this point when i try to upgrade the server i have a message
"server starts and exits abnormaly".

I'm trying this upgrade on a test server, but i'm afraid to pass this
upgrade on the production server because i have check the column spare1 in
table syskeys on the production server and it's also don't allow null
value.

Someone can help me.

thanks.

What upgrade are you doing ( ie from which version are you coming,
what version are you upgrading to?).
