I have set up Manage Anywhere Studio and installed 2 agents. I then
created a package to gather some files from the agents. I added the agents
to a group, and sent the package to the group. In the MAS console I see
that one of the agents is 'pending' for the package and the other agent
doesn't even have it in the list.

If I send the package to the agents a few more time they both eventually
get the package.

I also noticed this during a introduction course to MAS a few months ago
along with a few other people.

Is there any reason this would occur? can I fix it?

Thanks
Phil Beutel

Please let us know the version and build of Manage Anywhere you're using.

What OS did you use the admin console on (and MDAC version too)

and does it happen invariably at every console you try (including Secondary
Command Server and Remote Admin Consoles)?

We're interesting in seeing if we could reproduce the problem and report to
engineering.
