Is there a way to find out what all tables were referred by a
particular SPID using MDA tables except scanning through
monSysSQLText?

Just wanted to add that I did look at monProcessObject but it only
shows the objects current being referred by the active SPID

I don't think you can with MDA. Auditing should be able to do this though.
