That certification is scheduled for this month, so I expect it will
probably be supported within a month or two. That assumes the tests
go well, of course...

In general you can look this up on
http://ohno.sybase.com/cgi-bin/ws.exe/cert/ase_cert.hts
but it seems to be down at the moment, and I don't recall if it has
happened or not. You
might try the site a little later.

Mentioned site is still not available so I can not check if there was any
certification performed on Solaris 9.
Is that site the only source of information ?

Solaris 9 certification hasnt happened yet. I believe it is scheduled for
October. I've written to the webmaster that the site's availability is
spotty. I was able to reach it a couple of times, but had problems at other
times.

Probably not yet. But it should run. Sun have a binary compatibility
guarantee.
