Why are you trying to use SybEdit? SybEdit is an internal patching tool that is
unsupported. Since it is an internal tool, there is no public documentation on it.

How about if we try to solve your base problem instead of messing around with SybEdit? Can
you describe the problem you are having?

You should run DBCC CHECKDB and DBCC CHECKALLOC with the fix option. And if either of these
have been tried, then you really have no options but to:
1) Recover from a clean backup
2) Bcping the data and rebuild your database.

You may want to consider opening a case with Tech Support so they can advise you in a more
detailed manner on how to resolve this problem.
