Problem on restore to another server !

1.) I have tried to backup a database from one server (NT machine) and
restore that to another server (NT machine too).
But there are problem when I look at user name with login name are not
match.
For example :
On Server 1 user name on 'personel' database is 'jack' and login name is
'jack'.
On server 2 after I restore personel database from server 1, I look jack's
user name ascociated with another login name called 'marten'. So, I can't
use database on server 2 to be used before I re-associate user name with
login name.

2) Still in a topic above, there are one user I want to delete, but there
are message from server :
"You can't drop user because user 'george' ownes thresholds in database."

hi, ok for follow, you can try to bcp out the syslogins on the 1rst Server
and bcp in on the 2nd server and delete sa username into the bcpout file
before
