Are you looking to synchronize a custom application, or to synchronize the
PIM information such as e-mail, calendars and address books?

If you are looking to synchronize a custom application through the hot
sync conduit then this is supported through MobiLink and requires the use of
an UltraLite database on the handheld device.

If you are looking to synchronize PIM information to a desktop or server
then you will want to look at the Mail Anywhere product. This functionality
does not specifically require SQL Anywhere Studio, nor does it specifically
integrate with ASA.

Calendar and address books would go through Mail Anywhere.

Can you elaborate on what you want to synchronize with a SQL Anywhere
database? This will likely involve UltraLite and MobiLink which are part of
SQL Anywhere Studio. A brief description of what you will be synchronizing
and how you will use the data will help us to verify that.
