Hi Sachmo,

What version of Manage Anywhere are you using?  What OS are you running the Primary Command Server on?  Do you have Relay Servers installed and enabled?  Have you defined any relay rules in addtion to your default rule?  What is IP scope of your default relay rule?

In order to view your relay rules open your Manage Anywhere Studio Console.  Go to the Architecture view and click on "Relay Server Rules".  The relay rules should then be displayed in the right pane.  Also can you confirm the full version of MAS that you are using rather than just the build number (eg. 4.6.1227)?
