My application when opening each table first time is slow (2seconds) and
then after that, it is very fast. What is the reason for this performance
problem?

Are my indexes not right?

The SQL window does show, "Page size too small for this database" ----
anything I can do about that? There are 75 tables in the database.

My best guess is that the first time that you are running your queries
the response is slow because the server must read the table pages into memory.
Subsequent queries will then just access the data that is already in memory.

The "Page size too small for this database" message is simply a warning -
it indicates that you are using a small page size (1K or 2K) but have a
large database (> 100K pages).

I recommend that you rebuild your database using a 4K page size.
