Hi,
We have a Mobile thin client application based on the Sysbase iAnywhere
Wireless Server product and the Jaguar Application Server which was
developed with the m-Business studio 2.02.
We have recently upgraded to the mBusiness Studio from 2.02 to 2.03. The
upgrade itself, migrations of the projects files and deployment went fine,
and no problems where encored.
After the deployment, while testing, we can successfully logon into the
application, but unable to browse to the next page. In order to redirect to
the next page we're using a Dispatcher object from supplied
ianywhere.framework package. On the MIRS device (Motorola i1000Plus) We're
getting an "Unsupported content type" error, at this point I'm not getting
any new records in Jaguarhttprequest.log.

We did a small test of two servlets, in which one redirects to the other.
Both of the servlets where installed on the 2.02 and the 2.03. At the first
time, while using Dispatcher object from supplied ianywhere.framework
package, again, it worked only on the 2.02 version and not on the 2.03,
while when using the global req.getHttpRequst().getRequestDispatcher it
worked fine on both versions.
It seams like there is a bug.
We found a little bit similar case 10824655 on sybase support. They say the
problem with port 8080 that is sendRedirect is losing the Port number, so we
may try it with port 80.
We also considering moving EAS to 4.1.3 or 4.2, because it's much stable
versions, as an EAS, but we would like to here of your opinion about the
integration with the iAnywhere framework.

Thanks in advanced,

Levi Yaniv.
