from time to time we're getting the following on errorlog.
Our ASE version is 11.9.2.3 SWR 9011 ROLLUP .
Any help would be appreciated.

Fix for this issue is in 11.9.2.3 esd 2, although if this is causing you big
problems there is a special release SWR9019 that alleviates the problems. Beware
however that 9019 is based on 11.9.2.1 esd4 so is a lower base version than you
are currently using. This shouldn't hurt unless you are dependent on some fix
that went in between 11.9.2.1 and 11.9.2.3
