Hi,
The both roles got revoked from 'sa' account on development server. There
are no other accounts which have
those roles. How can I 'recover' from this problem and get back both roles.
Thank you,
Emanuel Marciniak

Do a manual insert into "sysloginroles" as follows:

insert master..sysloginroles values (1, 0, 1)
insert master..sysloginroles values (1, 1, 1)

However, you will need to shutdown the server first, then edit the
server config file and set "allow update to system tables" to 1,
restart the server and then you can execute the above inserts.

(... and don't do any risky things with your system tables anymore !)

HTH,

Rob
