dsedit is part of the Open Client runtime which is a separate product
from SQL Anywhere. If you hvae client licenses for Adaptive Server
Enterprise you should have a copy. If you do not you should be able to
get licenses through the Sybase eShop at http://eshop.sybase.com/eshop

The windows client software is the ASA client for windows not Open
Client. Open Client is the software used by the Enterprise products and
is NOT included with SQL Anywhere

You can use the ASA client for Windows to connect to your Linux server
from any ADO, ODBC, or ESQL client program.
