Hi,
We are planning to increase the number of database connections to 500
and are assuming there will be about 400 concurrent connections at the same
time, what configuration options will we need to worry about apart from the
obvious - number of user connections, what about procedure cache, user
memory

Chapter 17 and look at number of user connections. It has some
configurations paramteres that will be effected by increasing the number of
users.
