Is it possible to autoconfigure the client (e.g. by copying a file)?I
got the pda to autoinstall verything after a hard crash, but AvantGo
configuration gets lost.

Sascha,

I believe you have an open support question already on this.
You can continue to work that issue with your contact.

An alternative approach is to utilize remote device management
software. Our Manage Anywhere product has been doing things
like this for some time now. If that is appropriate to your needs
you should probably contact sales to discuss features and functions
or visit our product page for that on www.ianywhere.com

That I'm doing parallel, he (Dan Comfort) wrote me on 14th april, I
wrote back to him via mail (he said that he pays more attention to
his mailbox) on 6th may. Just filled the mails into the
casemanagement.

Regarding another case Raymond Kwong contacted me by phone and gave
me the advise to use this newsgroups first especially for information
requests (prior to using the case management). Thats why I asked my
question here too. What leaves for me the question when to use the
case system (especially P1 cases) and when to use the newsgroups.

Hello Sascha,

I am truly sorry to hear that has been the situation.

I have just looked up any cases I could find for you. Of the
16 or so I have found only the one I am aware of is currently
open. If you feel we have dropped the ball on any other
questions please feel free to contact any of us directly.

There was obviously been a 'disconnect' on your original
support case. Please contact Dan on that one. And do
mention I sent you!

We will work together to help out wherever required.

Nick
