Hi,

I have a PowerBuilder application. On my workstation, with Power
Builder installed, I generated an Appeon application.

I would put my Appeon application on a server which don't have Power
Builder installed, only EAServer.

Is it possible ?

Thanks

Yes - it will use the PBVM that's deployed to EAServer. You don't need to
install the full PowerBuilder IDE on the server.

Thanks. Just in case, do you have any documentation link of PBVM ?

Hi
This is possible.
There are two ways for you to do this:
1. You can use Appeon Package tool to package the Web
application and then install it on the EAServer hosting
machine.
For details please refer to Appeon Help | Working with
Appeon Developer | Packaging and Installing Web
Applications.

2. Deploy the application to the remote EAServer. What you
need to do is create a remote Web Server and remote Appeon
server profile in Server Profiles tab page in Appeon
Developer Configuration window and deploy the application
again. For details please refer to Appeon Help | Working
with Appeon Developer | Managing server profiles.

Regards
Sally
